Serratore’s Pasta and Pizza Now Open in Hillsborough!

Downtown Hillsborough just got a little more delicious. Serratore’s, the town’s newest restaurant, has officially opened its doors on Churton Street in the space once home to Radius Pizza. Locals have been eagerly awaiting its debut, and the buzz is well deserved.

Serratore’s blends the charm of a neighborhood gathering spot with the flavors of upscale Italian dining. The menu highlights handcrafted pastas made with care, complemented by seasonal sauces and fresh ingredients. For those craving something more casual, Serratore’s also offers pizzas that nod to the space’s history while introducing creative new toppings. To complete the experience, guests can enjoy a thoughtful wine list and craft cocktails, making the restaurant a place that works equally well for a relaxed weeknight dinner or a celebratory night out.

Serratore’s is open from Thursday through Tuesday, beginning at 4 p.m. each evening. The restaurant is closed on Wednesdays. As new owners and employees settle in, they are not currently accepting reservations for the time being. Instead, seating is first come, first serve.
